2026 Christmas Drive
My name is Andrea White. The holidays are approaching, and we should consider ways to show compassion and empathy toward one another. As time whirs on uncompromisingly, the lives among us, around us—and within us—continue to fluctuate in spirit, in health, in resolve, in faith, and in hope. This season, I am asking donors to contribute to the growing needs of those around us. Romans 12:13 calls us to “distribute to the necessity of saints, given to hospitality.” There are many people who are sick, many of our youth who go without, and so many people who constantly feel overwhelmed, alone, and just beleaguered by the weight of the fallen world. I am asking for partners in an effort to assuage as much of the rampant loneliness, uncertainty, infirmity, and instability as possible. I am asking for donations of any kind to help aid the sick and shut-in, as well as to brighten the lives and spirits of any youth whose parents or guardians may not be able to spare money for gifts this season.
I have provided a list of suggested items to choose from, or, if you prefer cash donations, you can do so at the allotted time below. Also, there is a space below to list any nominee who comes to mind when you think of someone in need of some special Christmas magic this season. Be sure to list the nominee's age range if they are not an adult. You can also list additional suggestions or interests/needs associated with the nominees. If your suggestions necessitate additional information like size, color, or brand, please indicate it with your entry. Let’s join in the gratifying pursuit of making someone’s life fuller, someone’s burden lighter, someone’s Christmas merrier. It is important that people feel that they matter to someone, that they are considered in earnest and in truth. This is a project my mama and I started last year on a small scale, one I hope to gradually expand in the coming years. This year, and hopefully for each year that follows, let’s be true vessels of God’s light in the lives of others.
Below, please list your name and contact information; the name, gender, and/or age group of recommended nominees, along with any specific blessing they might need this season; and any special Christmas messages you’d like to include in the nominees’ packages. Alternatively, you can email this information (contact information provided below), and you may also send any inquiries or concerns about how to send donations. More information to follow about cash donations, delivery and pick up arrangements, and important dates.
